Del Puerto Pathway to Health: Updates on the Patterson Campus Project

Welcome to the first edition of the Del Puerto Pathway to Health. Each month, we’ll brief you on the latest on the planning, design, and construction of our new health care campus — a once-in-a-generation project that will transform access to care in our community.

In these updates, you can expect insights, behind-the-scenes looks at key milestones, timelines for what’s ahead, and details on how each part of the project will serve our patients and neighbors for decades to come.

Closed on the Mahaffey Properties
We are excited to share that we’ve officially secured much of the property for the future health care campus! This is a major milestone, bringing us one step closer to delivering expanded, modern health care services to Patterson.

Community Engagement: Presentation to Patterson Family Resource Center Promotoras
Last month, our team had the privilege of presenting details about the campus to the Patterson Promotoras, a trusted network of local leaders who play a critical role in health education in our community.

The discussion was thoughtful and engaging, and their feedback will help guide our planning as we move forward. We remain committed to ongoing dialogue with the community every step of the way.

Design & Architecture Updates
Our partners at HDR Architecture are hard at work refining the campus design, which will be included in our Health Care Campus Master Plan. This Master Plan will be presented to the Del Puerto Health Care District Board on September 29 at 6:00 PM.

We’ll share more design details in our next update, but you can expect a campus that is welcoming, resourceful, and designed to grow alongside Patterson.

You’re Invited – Town Hall Meeting on September 29

Our second Town Hall meeting will take place concurrently with the Board meeting on September 29 at 6 PM in the Patterson City Council Chambers on Plaza Circle. We hope you will attend and share your thoughts on the health care campus – all are welcome!
