Update: RFQ Release Date – DPHCD Campus Phase 1

Dear Prospective Responders,

Thank you for your interest in the Del Puerto Health Care District (DPHCD) Campus Phase 1 project.

We are writing to inform you that the anticipated release date for the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) has been revised. The RFQ will now be issued on April 30, 2026.

This adjustment allows the District additional time to finalize key components of the procurement package and ensure alignment with the overall campus development strategy. As you may know, Phase 1 includes critical early infrastructure and facilities that will begin delivering much-needed healthcare services to Patterson and the west side of Stanislaus County, consistent with the District’s long-term, phased development approach.

We appreciate your patience and continued interest in partnering with DPHCD on this important project. Additional information, including updated procurement timelines and submission details, will be provided upon release of the RFQ.
