Del Puerto Health Care
District has been serving the community since 1949. The Del Puerto
Health Care District Board has positioned the District to begin moving
forward, insuring that all aspects of the health care continuum are
considered for the communities of west Stanislaus County. The District's goal is to forge partnerships to insure, at the appropriate time, high quality, long-term solutions to health care needs are addressed. The Board has completed a strategic planning process and has created comprehensive strategies and action plans. |
